Our Way, Inc. is Lincoln County's
premier provider of residential services
and community supports for people with
developmental disabilities.
HISTORY
Originally founded by family members in 1978, Our Way, Inc. evolved into a private non-profit organization in 1980. We began by providing a living arrangement to five (5) people in one group home. Our Way, Inc. has since grown as the needs of Lincoln County have grown. We now provide residential services in four (4) CBRF’s and one (1) AFH. We also serve over thirty (30) persons in a wide variety of community settings, and employ a workforce of over fifty (50) employees.
OUR WAY, INC. STAFF
Our caregiving staff uses a person-centered philosophy and strives for positive opportunities for each person. Our staff has high standards and expectations of each other. They work cooperatively to achieve those high standards and provide meaning and quality in people's lives. Our Way, Inc. staff assists people in creating meaningful connections and relationships with family and friends.
